Your Profile
- Background: Completed technical studies (e.g., Geoinformatics, Computer Science, Electronics). Equivalent experience also welcomed.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with Unix/Linux and Windows systems. Understanding of complex technical systems and processes.
- Communication & Support:
- Proven experience in supporting and communicating with customers.
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
- Mindset:
- Solution-oriented thinker with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, especially in evolving technical environments.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the main point of contact for our worldwide customer base, providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Incident Management: Efficiently handling and managing customer incidents.
- Problem Solving: Performing technical problem analysis (Tier 1 and 2) to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
- Customer Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong customer loyalty through regular contact, both remotely (via phone, email, video) and in-person.
- Collaboration: Working closely with teams across the company, including Sales, Project Management, Software and Hardware Development, Testing, and Production.
- Process Improvement: Contributing ideas for optimizing our processes and workflows.
- System Testing and Maintenance: Assisting with system tests, maintenance, and performance assessments.
